Please ensure your folder includes the following required files:

• 1 high-resolution screener of your film with English subtitles;
• 1 high-resolution screener of your film with no subtitles;
• 1 high-resolution trailer of your film;
• 1 portrait image of yourself (and your co-credit/ guest if applicable). Please provide clear headshot-style images where possible;
• 3 to 5 high resolution stills from your film (Include a variety of portrait and landscape images that are most reflective of your film, upload your poster if you have one. Please avoid dark, blurry, tightly-cropped images and screenshots. These may be used for promotional purposes, including posters, signage and press)

Important: Please ensure all required files have been uploaded. If anything is missing or if you experience any issues, our team will contact you. If you cannot use Google Drive, please share an alternative link with us via email.

The filmmaker you name below will be credited alongside you as a shortlisted filmmaker in all official communications and materials relating to the film. In the event your film is a category winner, there will be one prize awarded to the film. 

We are not able to accommodate further requests to co-credit additional filmmakers once this form has been submitted. We will reach out to your co-credit directly to confirm their details.

You are invited to attend the workshop program in Los Angeles from June 7-11, 2027. During the week, you'll take part in a programme of workshops, screenings and networking events, culminating in the Sony Future Filmmaker Awards ceremony.

Please confirm whether you can attend the full workshop programme from 7–11 June 2027.

If you think you might not be able to obtain travel documents on time, please tick below and contact sffa@creoarts.com immediately.

Our team will contact you soon to organize your travel to Los Angeles. In the meantime, please make sure to check : 

• Your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your stay in the United States (i.e. your passport cannot expire before December 11, 2027).
• You are aware of your country's entry requirements to the United States (e.g. if you need a visa).
